Heap-data disclosure via unbounded UTF-32 conversion

Out-of-bounds read in CUPS on affected Red Hat products allows attackers to disclose heap data through crafted SNMP responses. cupsUTF32ToUTF8() reads attacker-controlled UTF-32 supply descriptions until a zero word or output limit because its interface lacks a source-length bound. Reachability requires SNMP supply polling of a malicious or compromised printer on the local network; no authentication or user interaction is required.
