Credential theft via disabled TLS certificate validation

Improper certificate validation in community.general OCAPI modules allows man-in-the-middle attackers to steal credentials and alter responses. The shared request helper disables TLS certificate validation for every HTTPS request while transmitting HTTP Basic-Auth credentials, and neither module exposes an override. Exploitation requires control of the network path between the Ansible controller and the OCAPI-managed device.
