Subscriber-level stored XSS via unchecked REST parameters

Stored cross-site scripting in Saturday Drive Scheduled Submissions Export 3.0.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The REST endpoint accepts interval, format, and emailTo values without sufficient sanitization or output escaping and registers no permission_callback. A valid nonce and subscriber-level account are sufficient to store script that executes when another user opens an affected page.
