Unauthenticated file upload via unchecked image handling
Published Oct 14, 2026 · Updated Oct 14, 2026
File upload in JTL-Software JTL-Connector for WooCommerce 2.4.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to upload executable files. startSession() accepts an empty jtlauth credential, while handleImagePush() inadequately validates file types passed to saveImage(). No authentication is required; remote code execution depends on the uploaded file being executable in the server environment.
