Data corruption and JVM crashes via dangling dictionaries

Use-after-free in Luben zstd-jni 1.3.8-4 through 1.5.7-13 allows local users to corrupt data or crash the JVM. Streams and contexts release a dictionary's shared lock after loadFastDict, so dict.close() frees native memory that later read() or write() operations still reference. Exploitation requires application-level access to associate and close a shared dictionary; it produces silent byte corruption or a JVM SIGSEGV.
