Secret disclosure via non-atomic view-limit enforcement

Race condition in Apnotic Password Pusher before 2.11.1 allows remote attackers to read one-time secrets via concurrent show requests. PushesController#show and the API show action check audit-log-derived views_remaining, return the payload, and only then add the counting audit log without a transaction or lock. Exploitation requires possession of a valid secret URL and simultaneous requests; it discloses the payload beyond its configured view limit.
