Arbitrary file upload in MIPL Grouped Checkout Fields for WooCommerce 1.2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to write files to the server. The mipl_wc_upload_file function stores attacker-supplied checkout uploads without validating their file types. No authentication or user interaction is required, and placement of a server-executable file permits code execution under the web server account.
