Authenticated database manipulation via injected command arguments
Published May 18, 2026 · Updated May 18, 2026
Argument injection in linlinjava litemall 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter database command execution. DbUtil.java backup/load functions place db and password values into downstream database command arguments without neutralizing option delimiters. Administrative access to the Database Setting Handler is required; injected options can expose, alter, or interrupt database operations.
