Sandbox escape via Windows device-name path resolution

Incorrect reference resolution in Storage in Google Chrome before 153.0.8010.36 allows remote attackers to execute code outside the sandbox. StrictRelativePath accepts Windows reserved device names and trailing spaces or dots, then FilesystemImpl appends them beneath its root even though Win32 resolves them to system devices outside that directory. A compromised renderer and interaction with crafted HTML are required, and successful exploitation executes arbitrary code beyond the renderer sandbox on Windows.
