Sandboxed code execution via OpenJPEG double free

Double free in PDFium in Google Chrome before 153.0.8010.36 on Windows allows remote attackers to execute code inside the sandbox via a crafted PDF. The bundled OpenJPEG path leaves copied MCT and MCC record counts inconsistent after an early out-of-memory return, causing the same allocation to be freed twice. A user must open the crafted PDF, and the resulting code execution remains confined to the Chrome sandbox.
