Authenticated arbitrary file write via unsanitized filename

Path traversal in AstrBot 4.23.0 through 4.23.5 allows remote authenticated users to write uploads outside the attachment directory. The post_file handler passes the multipart filename to os.path.join and file.save without reducing it to a basename or confirming that the resolved path remains under attachments_dir. Dashboard credentials are required; parent-directory segments can overwrite files writable by the AstrBot process.
