Unauthenticated file disclosure via unrestricted ImportFiles path

Improper access control in H2O.ai H2O-3 through build 7402 allows remote attackers to disclose server file information via ImportFiles. PersistNFS.importFiles converts the caller-controlled path into a local File and passes it to FileIntegrityChecker for traversal and key creation without adequate path authorization. An exposed, unauthenticated REST API is sufficient to enumerate information accessible to the H2O-3 process; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
