Incorrect authorization in Google Chrome FileHandling before 153.0.8010.36 allows remote attackers to bypass access restrictions via crafted HTML. Google has not disclosed which FileHandling authorization check is incorrect or what file operation the crafted page can initiate. Exploitation requires social engineering that causes a user to open the page, and the documented consequence is limited to bypassing access restrictions.
