Cross-origin data disclosure through Downloads
Published Sep 9, 2026 · Updated Sep 9, 2026
Information disclosure in Google Chrome before 153.0.8010.36 allows remote attackers to obtain cross-origin data via crafted HTML. Google identifies the Downloads component but has not published the faulty operation that exposes cross-origin data. Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
