Service crash via fixed-pool exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in Open5GS NRF 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the service via SBI requests. The NRF allocates subscription and NF-service objects from fixed pools, then asserts instead of returning an error when ogs_sbi_subscription_data_add() or ogs_sbi_nf_service_add() cannot allocate another object. Access to the NRF service-based interface is required; repeated valid subscription requests or one oversized NFProfile terminates the NRF process, without reported data disclosure or modification.
