Unauthorized account debits via unbound payment identifiers

Improper payment authorization in PublicCMS 5.202506.d allows remote attackers to debit another user's account via crafted payment IDs. The tradeOrder/pay and tradePayment/pay handlers accept caller-supplied orderId or paymentId values without binding the record to the requester, and AccountGatewayComponent.pay withdraws the amount from the record owner's balance. No authentication is required to reach the payment handlers; exploitation changes payment state and reduces a victim's stored account balance.
