NRF crash via missing path identifier

Denial of service in Open5GS NRF 2.7.0 through 2.7.6 allows remote authenticated users to crash NRF via a malformed PUT request. The NRF state machine passes a missing path component as NULL to ogs_sbi_nf_instance_set_id, whose ogs_assert(id) check terminates the process. SBI network access and low privileges are required; one request resets the connection and interrupts NRF registration and discovery.
