CVE-2026-8727Network attack vector

Remote code execution via serialized response header

Published May 19, 2026 · Updated May 19, 2026

Insecure deserialization in TYPO3 Site Crawler before 11.0.13 and 12.0.0 through 12.0.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The extension passes the X-T3Crawler-Meta response header from a crawled URL directly to PHP's unserialize(), permitting injected object graphs to invoke available gadget code. Exploitation requires administrative access to configure a crawler-enabled page, control of the crawled endpoint, and execution of the crawl by a Scheduler task; successful exploitation runs code on the TYPO3 server.
