Improper access control in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 11.2.26.0.000 allows remote attackers to modify data or interrupt service via TCP. Oracle has not published the flawed Security-component operation or the TCP input that reaches it. Exploitation requires access to the adjacent physical communication segment but no authentication; it permits critical-data creation, deletion, or modification and can hang or repeatedly crash the service.
