An Award/PO flaw in Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector allows remote authenticated users to take over the application. Oracle identifies the affected component and HTTP path but has not published the incorrect operation or input handling that causes the flaw in versions 12.2.13 through 12.2.15. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account with network access to the HTTP interface and grants control over application data and availability.
