Authenticated data access via undisclosed authorization flaw
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Authorization failure in Oracle HRMS (India) 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify HRMS data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected component only as Internal Operations and has not disclosed the code locus or the wrong authorization operation performed on untrusted input. Low-privileged application access is required; exploitation exposes critical HRMS data and permits some inserts, updates, or deletions without affecting availability.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
