Authenticated HR data disclosure and modification
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Authorization flaw in Oracle HRMS (India) 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify HR data via HTTPS. Oracle has not published the affected request, code path, or validation failure within the Internal Operations component. Low-privileged application access is required; exploitation exposes all accessible HRMS data and permits some records to be inserted, updated, or deleted.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
