Unauthenticated SSRF via backend URI override
Published Sep 1, 2026 · Updated Sep 2, 2026
Server-side request forgery in Open Home Foundation Wyoming before 1.10.2 allows remote attackers to force outbound connections. The HTTP API accepts a request-supplied uri on /api/info, /api/speech-to-text, and /api/text-to-speech and uses it instead of the configured backend. Network access to an optional unauthenticated HTTP gateway is required; successful requests reach attacker-chosen tcp:// or unix:// targets.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
