Settings modification via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in Genzel breadcrumbs 1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify breadcrumb settings via forged requests. The _options_page function processes settings submissions without correctly validating a WordPress nonce, permitting changes to templates, delimiters, labels, URIs, and rules. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to act on an attacker-controlled request, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to breadcrumb configuration changes.
