Insufficient entropy in Crypt::DSA before 1.20 allows attackers to predict seeds used during DSA parameter generation. Crypt::DSA::generate_params in KeyChain.pm seeds parameter generation with Perl's built-in rand, whose 32-bit seed is predictable. The public advisory does not establish a concrete attack path or demonstrate private-key recovery or signature forgery.
