CVE-2026-8697Public exploit

Admin access via unrestricted debug SSH authentication

Published May 28, 2026 · Updated May 28, 2026

Rate-limit bypass in TP-Link Archer C64 V1 before 1.15.0 Build 250729 Rel.63489n(4555) allows remote attackers to brute-force admin credentials. The residual debug SSH service accepts unlimited password attempts against the credential shared with the web management interface. Adjacent-network access is required; a recovered password grants full administrative access through the primary management interface.
