Unauthenticated order tampering via unchecked confirmation requests
Published Oct 9, 2026 · Updated Oct 9, 2026
Missing authorization in the Livees Checkout WordPress plugin 7.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter orders via HTTP requests. The order confirmation handler acts on request parameters without capability, nonce, or order-key checks, changing arbitrary order statuses, storing attacker-controlled data and notes, and revealing order keys. Exploitation requires access to the affected merchant site's confirmation page but no authenticated account.
