SQL injection via unconstrained compute-cluster DAG Params
Published Sep 29, 2026 · Updated Sep 29, 2026
SQL injection in Apache Airflow Teradata Provider before 3.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to run SQL through a triggered compute-cluster DAG. The example DAG passes free-text Params to operators that concatenate them into Teradata DDL and accepts a caller-selected connection ID. Exploitation requires permission to trigger the deployed example or a vulnerable copy; SQL runs with the selected Airflow connection's database privileges, without separate Teradata credentials.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
