Subscriber-level TLS private-key disclosure via unguarded download
Published Sep 11, 2026 · Updated Sep 11, 2026
Sensitive information exposure in Zen Plugins SSL Zen before 4.7.40 allows remote authenticated users to download site TLS materials. The early admin-request handler serves certificate, private-key, status, and debug-log files without checking a capability or security nonce. Any logged-in account, including a Subscriber, can copy TLS private keys, certificates, and diagnostic data reserved for administrators.
