Authenticated attachment modification via reused read authorization

Broken access control in Grokability Snipe-IT 8.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to upload and delete Asset Model attachments. The AssetModelPolicy::files() method grants assets.files holders the same files ability that upload and delete controllers use, rather than enforcing models.files for writes. An account with assets.files but without models.files can alter shared attachments across company boundaries; no administrative role or user interaction is required.
