Inventory ledger corruption via soft-deleted target binding

Improper input validation in Grokability Snipe-IT 8.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt inventory records via API checkout. The hardware, component, and consumable checkout controllers call withoutGlobalScopes() for attacker-supplied target IDs and then persist assignments without rejecting rows whose deleted_at field is set. Relevant checkout permission is required; successful requests create active references to trashed users, assets, or locations, corrupting the asset ledger, audit trails, reports, and cleanup workflows.
