External redirects via unvalidated SAML RelayState

Open redirect in Grokability Snipe-IT 8.5.0 through 8.6.3 allows remote attackers to redirect users via SAML RelayState. SamlController::acs stores the POSTed RelayState as Laravel's intended URL after stripping only CR/LF, so an absolute external URL reaches the Location header. Only SAML-SSO-enabled deployments are reachable, and a victim must complete SAML authentication before the redirect facilitates credential-harvesting phishing.
