Hidden file retention via unchecked deletion failure

Improper file deletion in Grokability Snipe-IT before 8.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to leave attachments on disk. The web and API UploadedFilesController::destroy() methods discard a false Storage::delete() result, log deletion, return success, and hide the retained file from listings. An administrator with manageFiles permission must issue the request while storage deletion fails; direct filesystem or backup access can then recover the hidden bytes.
