Authenticated request-counter corruption via unchecked checkout actions

Incorrect calculation in Grokability Snipe-IT before 8.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt checkout request counters. CancelCheckoutRequestAction decrements assets.requests_counter when no active row exists, while CreateCheckoutRequestAction inserts duplicate active requests and increments it each time. Any authenticated user who can see a requestable asset can drive the count negative or inflate pending demand shown to administrators.
