SSRF in Snipe-IT before 8.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to access internal services through crafted webhook URLs. The ExternalUrl rule's isPublicIp method passes NAT64, 6to4, and Teredo IPv6 addresses to PHP filter_var without extracting and rechecking their encoded private IPv4 targets. Super-admin access and corresponding transition routing are required; successful requests can read cloud instance metadata or reach and scan private-network services.
