Restricted-stream credential disclosure via unauthenticated statistics endpoint
Published Sep 8, 2026 · Updated Sep 10, 2026
Missing authentication in WWBN AVideo through 29.0 allows remote attackers to read restricted live-stream keys and HLS URLs. The statistics endpoint calls the Live statistics path anonymously and returns hidden_applications entries without removing key and m3u8 fields. Exposure requires the Live plugin and active restricted streams; publishing remains password-protected, so the reported impact is unauthorized viewing rather than takeover.
