PGP second-factor bypass via loose comparison

Improper authentication in WWBN AVideo 29.0 allows remote authenticated users to bypass PGP two-factor authentication. LoginControl::verifyChallenge() loosely compares an omitted response with an unset session challenge, treats NULL as equal to NULL, and marks the challenge complete. Exploitation requires LoginControl PGP authentication, a stored PGP key, and the account password; it grants the account a fully authenticated session without the private key.
