CVE-2026-86719Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrator session replacement via tokenless GET request

Published Sep 8, 2026 · Updated Sep 10, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in WWBN AVideo allows remote attackers to replace an administrator's session via a cross-origin GET request. The CustomizeUser swapUser.json.php endpoint passes users_id from the request to User::swapUser() without enforcing POST or validating a CSRF token. The attack requires an authenticated administrator to load attacker-controlled content; it switches that session to a non-admin account until canceled and exposes the session ID in the response.
