Session theft via exposed Android Intent component
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Improper access control in ManabiPocket for Parents 1.2.3 and earlier allows local users to obtain session information via an Intent. An unnamed Android component accepts an Intent from another application without adequately restricting access and exposes the logged-in user's session data. A malicious application must already be installed on the same device; the stolen session can be used to impersonate the logged-in user.
