Remote telemetry disclosure via hardcoded MQTT credentials
Published Sep 18, 2026 · Updated Sep 18, 2026
Cleartext transmission in Bransys ELD Android before 11.00.00 and iOS before 1.1.54 allows remote attackers to read live device data. The affected mobile clients send embedded shared MQTT credentials without transport encryption, enabling broker access to data from every active device. Network reachability to the affected broker and access to an affected client build are required; exposure is limited to real-time data for connected carriers.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.

Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
Activity data is delayed. The latest report is Sep 28, 2026.
