Unauthenticated queue access via embedded static credential

A hardcoded credential in Chef 360 Platform before 1.7.1 allows remote attackers to read tenant identifiers from internal message queues. Bundled tool content exposes a shared static credential that the Delivery service accepts for internal RabbitMQ queue access. Network reachability to RabbitMQ is required; the exposed queues reveal tenant-specific identifiers, with no reported ability to alter messages.
