Host process crash via unvalidated control command

Out-of-bounds read in DPDK lib/vhost allows guest OS users to crash the host process through a malformed virtio-net control command. The control-queue handler reads command_data without first verifying that the received command buffer is long enough to contain that field. Exploitation requires a guest able to submit virtio-net control-queue commands, and the bounded consequence is a host process crash.
