Unauthenticated denial of service via memory overflows

Memory overflows in NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway allow remote attackers to cause service interruption through network traffic. NetScaler has not published the affected parser, buffer, or incorrect operation, but identifies Oracle load-balancing virtual servers, DNS proxy paths, and recursive DNS resolution as the reachable processing contexts. Exposure requires one of those configurations, and the vendor reports memory corruption with erroneous behavior or denial of service without distinguishing a crash from a hang.
