Application denial of service via unbounded range expansion

Uncontrolled resource consumption in vgmstream r2117 allows context-dependent attackers to stall or terminate applications via crafted TXTP files. In src/meta/txtp_parser.c, parse_params stores untrusted range bounds and add_entry creates an entry for every value while growing the array five slots at a time, with no range or cumulative-entry limit. An application must open an untrusted TXTP playlist; expansion occurs before audio decoding and exhausts CPU or memory in the embedding process.
