Service interruption via unbounded JSON Pointer parsing

Resource exhaustion in jackson-coreutils 2.0 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming JVM with a deeply segmented JSON Pointer. TreePointer.tokensFromInput repeatedly copies the remaining input with substring() while retaining every parsed segment in an unbounded ArrayList. Exposure requires an application endpoint to pass attacker-controlled JSON Pointer data to the library; CPU saturation or OutOfMemoryError can interrupt that service.
