CVE-2026-86485

Bitbucket webhook forgery via spoofed IP headers

Published Sep 7, 2026 · Updated Sep 8, 2026

Improper authentication in JetBrains YouTrack before 2026.2.18634 allows local users to forge Bitbucket webhooks via HTTP headers. The webhook handler trusts attacker-controlled source-IP information from request headers when deciding whether a request originated from Bitbucket. Exploitation requires local access and user interaction; the public record does not identify the exposed webhook data or any integrity or service-interruption consequence.
