Stored XSS via assignee-name template injection

Stored XSS in JetBrains YouTrack before 2026.2.18634 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through assignee names. The assignee-name rendering path passes attacker-controlled AngularJS template expressions into client-side template evaluation instead of treating the name as inert text. An authenticated account must place the crafted name where another user views the affected assignee display, allowing script execution in that viewer's YouTrack origin.
