Authenticated code execution via unchecked module installation

Missing authorization in LaraDashboard before 1.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through module installation. MarketplaceModuleBrowser::installModule calls downloadAndInstall, runs migrations, and enables the downloaded module without invoking the Superadmin-only ModulePolicy authorization. A non-Superadmin administrator with module-page access and a reachable marketplace source can install code that runs with the web process's privileges on subsequent requests.
