Service exhaustion via quadratic sibling scanning

Denial of service in The PHP League CommonMark 1.5.0 through 2.8.3 allows remote attackers to exhaust server resources via crafted Markdown. AttributesListener::findTargetAndDirection() repeatedly walks the full sibling list for adjacent attribute nodes, making parsing time grow quadratically. The opt-in Attributes extension must process untrusted input; the reported consequence is CPU exhaustion and service interruption, without confidentiality or integrity impact.
