RRD data access via graph_title argument injection

Argument injection in LibreNMS before 26.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter RRD data through graph_title. GraphParameters strips single quotes but leaves double quotes and newlines before Rrd::graph wraps options for RRDtool stdin, allowing graph_title to terminate its quoted argument and add DEF, LINE, fetch, or update commands. Any authenticated user can cross device authorization boundaries; unauthenticated reachability exists only when unauthenticated graphs are enabled.
